Schneider Electric Training: Realization of training teasers in the field of speed variation and electromagnetic compatibility. They are mostly used for online training modules.
Flipo Richir is also invested in training! Even during the lockdown period and during the health crisis we are going through, we must continue to train teams and customers.
Last month, we conducted a distance learning course on speed variation. The teams that participated were able to take part in a simulation under the same conditions as a face-to-face training session.
Indeed, the context of the Covid 19 health crisis has accelerated the deployment of new distance training methods that allow us to reach customers far from our bases, including abroad. We have thus deployed a new offer of personalized training on the latest products or techniques in the field of automation and speed variation.

On February 7, 2020, Flipo-Richir was able to testify at the second Forum des Acteurs de l’Energie pour l’Afrique about the direct benefits it has received since the last edition: the collaboration with the Agence Francaise du Développement on the rehabilitation of hydroelectric facilities, the subsidy from the Hauts de France region for its development program in hybrid energies, and the participation in the ProForElec program, which aims to train Guinean students in the field of industrial maintenance in the area of electrical engineering, in order to increase the number of recruitments in Guinea.
A forum driven by the strength of the Medee Cluster and the energy of the Hauts de France region
On February 5th, Flipo-Richir welcomed the delegation of the Energy & Applications Cluster of Benin for a working meeting.
This visit, organized by the MEDEE Cluster, aimed to visit the workshops of Flipo-Richir, to propose a demonstration of innovative investigation techniques on High Voltage rotating machines and to exchange on synergies to be explored between academic actors and companies present.
This visit fits perfectly with the Flipo-Richir Group’s desire to share its technical know-how beyond our borders.

In October 2019, following the opening of a subsidiary in Conakry in Guinea and a great need for manpower in the electrical engineering sector, we have, in collaboration with the University of Artois promoted the License in Electrical Engineering.
The result of this collaboration is the signature of an agreement between the University of Artois and the Higher Institute of Technology of Mamou; in order to create a professionalizing program centered around 3 axes:
These 3 actors’ vision is focused on the beginning of the 2021 school year with the wish to mobilize ERASMUS + funds, which would allow to establish a student exchange.
